About MK Notary Services
I am the owner of MK Notary Services, LLC — accredited by the Better Business Bureau and rooted in the Tallahassee community for over 20 years. My notary practice is built on 15+ years of notarial expertise combined with more than 30 years of administrative and professional experience across a range of industries.
I am certified as a Loan Signing Agent, Certified Apostille Agent, and Remote Online Notary (RON), and am NNA Certified with a completed background screen. I have successfully closed all types of loan packages and work directly with title, escrow, and mortgage companies alongside many realtors and signing services.
Beyond real estate and loan signings, I provide apostille preparation and submission services to clients throughout Florida and worldwide — helping individuals navigate the process of authenticating documents for international use through the Florida Department of State. I also offer Remote Online Notarization, allowing clients anywhere in Florida to get documents notarized without needing to appear in person.
